Moonshine prides itself on being able to ignite the passion in bartenders when it comes to educational masterclasses. This season’s series focused on Maison Ferrand’s Cognac lines. Maison Ferrand was gracious to fly out two of their South East Asia representatives - Matthieu and Maylis for an entire week of trainings and masterclasses with our local bartenders, GMs, and leading operators. The mission was to translate the history, distilling practices, and heritage of the brand and what makes Maison Ferrand a global powerhouse in a competitive rum, cognac, and gin industry.
