A deliciously flavoured mezcal from Dangerous Don, made using 100% Espadin agave which has been distilled twice and then steeped in Naom Quie coffee beans before being distilled once more. An intriguing combination of smoky mezcal notes and rich coffee.
About:
The beans in the Dangerous Don recipe are grown using natural methods in San Gabriel Mixtepec, on the Oaxacan coast, by the Mendoza Ramirez family. They are part of the a collective who all grow organic coffee in the area. The family works closely with Celso Martinez (the producer) to help manage the Dangerous Don project from Mexico.
